About the coach

I’ve played over 10 years of professional hockey and I know exactly what it feels like to battle nagging hip issues during a long season.As a player and a strength coach, I’ve seen firsthand how easily the “unsexy” hip work gets skipped when the focus is on big lifts, speed work, and conditioning.But those small, targeted exercises are the difference between feeling powerful… and feeling stuck, tight, or one stride away from a groin strain.Over the years, I’ve worked with countless athletes who were strong in the weight room but missing the rotational control, adductor strength, and deep hip stability that hockey demands. That’s why I built this program — to give players a simple, plug‑and‑play system that keeps their hips healthier for the long haul.
